ReelBook Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Applies to the ReelBook app and stash.rezaitsuite.com

ReelBook is a personal save-anything library. This policy explains what we store, why, and what control you have. The short version: your saves are yours, we do not sell or share your data, and deleting your account deletes everything.

What we collect

We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other apps or sites, and we do not sell or rent any personal data.

How AI processing works

When you save something, ReelBook may send its content (for example a transcript or article text) to an AI provider to generate the summary, tags, and structured details. If you add your own AI key in Settings, your chosen provider processes those requests under your own account. AI providers receive only the content needed for the request, not your identity.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on our servers, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). AI keys you add are stored encrypted and shown only by their last four characters. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.

Retention and deletion

Third parties

ReelBook relies on a small set of processors to function: AI providers for analysis (or your own, if configured), Google/Apple for optional sign-in, Firebase for push notifications, and the app stores for billing. Payment details are handled by the stores; ReelBook never sees your card number. Embedded players (YouTube and social embeds) are served by their platforms under their own policies when you play that content.

Children

ReelBook is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will note it in the app. Questions or requests (access, correction, deletion): email [email protected].
